How long are Adventure Cards™ valid for?
Adventure Cards will expire 12 months from last top up or initial activation.
Are they really valid for Every Adventure®?
Absolutely, if the adventure and location is featured on this website then it's valid!! But, you NEED to prebook - Adventure Cards™ cannot be accepted directly at any of our locations. Our network of partners and available adventures is constantly growing and evolving, in this way we can ensure only the very best experience providers accept Adventure Cards™.
How do I find an Adventure?

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all our adventures are very popular, subject to availability and must be pre-booked. To avoid disappointment we recommend you book as far in advance as possible. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate you right up to the last minute, call us for advice.
How do I check my card balance?

What happens if I lose my card?
Unfortunately, we can't help with any loss, theft or unauthorised use of Adventure Cards™. Please take care of them, just as you would cash.
Can I exchange my card for cash?
Sorry, Adventure Cards™ cannot be refunded or exchanged in whole or part for cash. But, with so many amazing adventures to choose from we really don't think this will be a problem!
