Located in the heart of the Welsh countryside, Llangollen is blessed with miles of rugged rock face, which is perfect for rock climbing and abseiling. With crags and climbing routes to challenge climbers of all abilities too, there’s nowhere better to experience this incredible outdoor activity, and your reward for reaching the top? Spectacular views of the surrounding countryside!
We provide all the specialist rock climbing and abseiling equipment so all you need to worry about is bringing some warm and waterproof clothing.
There is no onsite parking but you can park in one of the nearby pay and display car parks. During the summer months Llangollen can get very busy so please allow additional time for parking.

Climb & Abseil - Half Day
If you’re a budding adventurer this incredible experience gives you the chance to conquer climbing and abseiling in the same session. Before scaling some of Llangollen’s most challenging climbs though, you’ll learn all the essentials on a series of low level climbs. Then it’s time for the fun to really start as you move onto the more challenging crags and climbing routes. Reaching the top of the rock isn’t the end of the excitement though, because to finish the day you’ll experience the rush of a 90ft abseil!

Your instructor will meet you at our centre on Parade Lane in central Llangollen. The climbing venue is then a 5 minute drive from there. Full maps and directions are provided on completion of booking.
