Our Harrogate Canoeing venue has access to the grounds of the wonderful Ripley Castle, meaning you'll not only be in for an epic canoeing experience, you'll also be able to enjoy the plethora of Yorkshire countryside views too! When you visit our site, you'll be joined by one of our expert instructors who will be on hand to assist you at all times. They'll provide all of the equipment you need to take part, in addition to a full safety briefing. So, it doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, you'll soon be gliding through the water with full confidence!

Not only does our Harrogate venue provide all of the equipment you need to take part, we also have a range of excellent facilities available for all visitors. There's a chance for you to purchase drinks and snacks throughout your visit, and we've also got car parking and toilets available too.

Kayaking, Canoeing or Paddleboarding

Lasting for a total of 90 minutes, our Canoe and Kayak experience will give you a double dose of action on the water - providing a true test of your paddle power. Joined by a qualified instructor, you'll be taught everything you need to know before heading out onto the lake at Ripley Castle - putting into practice your newly acquired skills. Suitable for all levels of ability, you'll be able to experience not only canoeing, but kayaking too! It's perfect for stag/hen dos or corporate events, so you don't need to look any further if you're in search of an awesome group activity.

Placed in an excellent location on the outskirts of Harrogate, our canoeing site is located on the grounds of Ripley Castle - a historic and picturesque venue. We're just off the A61 road network which provides a direct link into the centre of Harrogate, so it couldn't be easier to access us from across Yorkshire.
